These terms apply to proxivu.com, the ProxiVU apps and the ProxiVU service, provided by Hippocampus (Proprietor: Deva Arputhamani P), trading as ProxiVU, No. 1/8, Banjara Hills, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641042, India. GSTIN 33CQUPD9882R1ZL. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ProxiVU lets you manage content on screens. Plans are sold per display (Direct, Expert, Single and Lifetime) at the prices shown on our Pricing page, including GST. Features depend on the plan.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. Your content
You own the content you upload and you are responsible for it. You must have the rights to show it, and it must not be unlawful, misleading or offensive. We may remove content that breaks these rules or the law, and may suspend screens that show it.
4. Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy the software or resell it without our agreement. Each plan includes storage space; more can be bought with Expand Storage.
5. Advertising
For ads on Expert screens, ad prices, the screen owner's share and the 10% maintenance fee are agreed per campaign. Play counts reported by the screens are the basis for reports and payouts.
6. Availability
Screens keep playing their saved content when the internet or our server is unavailable. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example for maintenance.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
8. Law
Indian law applies. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
