Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your ProxiVU account (Status, Monitor, Expert and Partner apps) and its data.
1. How to ask
Email hello@proxivu.comfrom the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account", or call +91 90877 38366. We confirm who you are before deleting anything.
2. What is deleted
Your login, profile, uploaded media, playlists, schedules and display groups. Displays linked to the account are deactivated.
3. What is kept
Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
4. How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.
