This page covers TVs, commercial displays, digital standees and LED walls supplied and installed by ProxiVU.

1. Manufacturer's warranty

Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty. The period and terms are stated on your quote and invoice. We help you raise and follow up warranty claims.

2. Installation

Our installation work (mounting, cabling and setup) is covered for 90 days from installation.

3. Not covered

  • Physical damage, liquid, power surges, or use against the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Repairs or changes made by anyone other than ProxiVU or the manufacturer.
  • Normal wear, such as gradual loss of brightness.

4. How to claim

Raise a service request in your ProxiVU app or contact support@proxivu.com, +91 90877 38366. Every request gets a ticket number.
