Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans

• A plan starts when we activate it on a display. You can cancel renewal at any time; the plan runs until its end date.
• If a display cannot be activated because of a problem on our side, we refund the plan in full. Once a plan is active, the unused part is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• Lifetime and Single activations are one-time and are not refundable after activation.

2. Expand Storage

Storage is added once payment is approved and is not refundable for the period already paid.

3. Hardware

Hardware orders can be cancelled without charge before we place the order with our supplier. After that, cancellation charges may apply. Faulty items are handled under the Hardware Warranty.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 working days.
