This policy explains how ProxiVU ("we") collects and uses personal data on proxivu.com, in the ProxiVU apps and in the ProxiVU Console. ProxiVU is run by Hippocampus (Proprietor: Deva Arputhamani P), trading as ProxiVU, No. 1/8, Banjara Hills, Kovaipudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641042, India. GSTIN 33CQUPD9882R1ZL. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. What we collect
- Website forms: your name, phone number, email address, company, city and your message - only what you type in, and only after you agree.
- Customer and partner accounts: name, email, phone, business details, plan and payment records, and the media, playlists and schedules you upload.
- Displays: technical data from each screen - model, Android version, app version, network address, storage, status and play counts for ads.
- Website visits: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser.
2. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the service you ordered.
- To run your screens: deliver content, show their status and keep them updated.
- For billing, invoices and our legal and tax duties.
- To keep the service secure and to fix problems.
3. Where it is stored
Our servers are in India. We use Cloudflare for the website, for security and for storing media files (Cloudflare R2); Cloudflare may process data on servers outside India. Website enquiries are emailed to our team's mailboxes. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months, unless they lead to an order. Account data: while your account is active, then deleted on request or after the service ends, except records that tax and accounting law requires us to keep. Job applications (CVs): deleted when no longer needed for hiring.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a summary of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and name someone to act for you. Write to hello@proxivu.com. See also Delete your account.
6. Grievance officer
Deva Arputhamani P, ProxiVU, hello@proxivu.com, +91 90877 38366. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
